Had the breaded steak sandwich today. I must say, this is probably the best steak sandwich I have had in 10 years. Extremely tender, no chew and great flavor! Keep it up!

Worth the wait even though I ordered in advance. Phil's remains true to their original recipe. It had been a few years since I'd had their pizza.

Sad that I didn't take a photo of the pizza but I ordered a medium pizza with green peppers and giardiniera peppers and my only complaint is that they went overboard with the peppers but it was good nonetheless. I think the lady who takes the orders is mean and rude on purpose but it seems like everyone is used to it, especially the regulars! I'd come back again.

What can I say? This right here is Chicago-style pizza. That hot, delicious, thin-crust, tavern pizza. May places like this stay around forever because it's so good.

Southside gem. Never disappointed with their food or service. Pizza sauce is their own fennel recipe--delicious. Nothing else tastes like it. Been going there for decades, lucky they're located within delivery miles if I don't want to stop in and pick it up myself.

THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM... I've been going here for many years.. and the quality has not declined... It's delicious... The sausage is made with fennel seeds in it... To me, parlor pizza w/o the fennel seeds. THE CRUST It's seasoned sauce has you licking your fingers!! And the prices are the best in town.. GOOOOOOOO AND BE HAPPY!

This family owned pizza spot definitely keeps it authentic and simple when it comes to pizza. Serving the local community, they do well to keep the menu the same and the prices fairly accommodating. My boyfriend and I grabbed a large Phil's Special without onions for dinner and we enjoyed it. As a first time customer, I like the flavor of the sausage and the sizing but I felt the crust was too thick for a thin crust pizza; felt like a regular crust. And it was a smidge too dry - I think the thickness of the crust comparing to the amount of ingredients on top wasn't good. The sauce is good for sure. For the price we paid, I enjoyed eating this pizza and would return to try another pizza.

Best Pizza! My last review gives this place the love and it hasn't changed from last year. Chicago thin crust pizza cut in squares...get it delivered...pay cash and you won't be disappointed. Families here for sporting events or vacation this won't disappoint.
